EnviModul, the newly developed, flexible plant concept by EnviroChemie has been well received by clients. This spring, two plants for process water and wastewater accumulating during power generation can be delivered to Africa and Pakistan.
The delivery is carried out by a well-known German company for major plant engineering. The modular plants generate process water as boiler feed water and strip the wastewater accumulating during decentralised power generation of mineral oils and heavy metals. The procedures of this plant are based on our Split-O-Mat® separating plants, Lugan® dissolved air flotation technology as well as Envopur® membrane separation technology. The plants are fully manufactured in our facilities in Rossdorf and Westerburg and are inspected by the client before being accepted.
A treatment and recycling plant for process water from the cosmetics industry was commissioned in Shanghai in March. The EnviModul plant consists of five big individual modules and includes a physico-chemical stage, a biological stage and a membrane processing stage based on our Biomar®, Flomar® and Envopur® process technology. All technical plant components were integrated in climate-controlled modules and set up in Shanghai after in-house testing. The module plant also includes a module for the entire process control as well as a small on-site laboratory.
Based on EnviroChemie specifications, the client provides large containers for wastewater collection and aeration. The plant can process 10,000 to 20,000 litres per hour. After comprehensive cleaning, part of the treated wastewater is reused for operational purposes. Additional plants will be delivered to Saudi Arabia, India and Russia in the next several months.
